The Culture School's 30 driven and engaged employees are tasked with contributing to a meaningful leisure time and providing education in artistic subjects, primarily for the target group of children and young people. The Culture School offers voluntary teaching in music, dance, theater, and art.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes a wide range of tasks.
- You will be responsible for student registration, admissions, and queue management, as well as ensuring that substitute procurement, statistical reporting, and documentation run smoothly.
- The financial work includes invoice management, coding, and cash reporting.
- You will book the facilities needed for the operations both internally and externally.
- You are our face to the outside world, answering questions from guardians, students, and the public, contributing to good communication.
- During larger events, evening and weekend work may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in culture, post-secondary education, and/or individual courses at a college/university, and who has a few years of experience in similar tasks.
Knowledge of working in a politically governed organization is an advantage. You also need to have good computer skills and experience with administrative systems, preferably SpeedAdmin, Raindance, Proceedo, Personec, and M365.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Self-driven and service-oriented
- Structured with a good ability to plan and prioritize
- Communicative with a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
- Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities
